Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened, unused items only, with the cellophane seal fully intact, within 14 days of delivery. Every return is inspected before a refund is issued.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery from My Account → Orders or at help@perfumeo.co.uk with your order number. We’ll confirm your return is eligible before you post anything.
Send the item back unopened, in its original packaging with the cellophane seal intact. Return postage is paid by the customer – we recommend a tracked service, and please keep your proof of postage.
Once the parcel arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Opened, used or tested fragrances, and any item with a broken or missing cellophane seal. For hygiene reasons, fragrances cannot be returned once unsealed – returns that arrive opened or used will not be refunded and can only be sent back to the customer. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Always covered. Photograph the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and email help@perfumeo.co.uk – we replace or refund immediately, including postage.
If you wish to cancel your order before it’s dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at help@perfumeo.co.uk or 07356 268858 and we’ll do our best to catch it before it leaves the warehouse.
