Perfume oils are fragrance in a carrier oil rather than alcohol. No alcohol means no sharp opening blast, no drying effect on skin, and no evaporation carrying the scent away, which is why an oil worn on the pulse points outlasts the same fragrance in spray form. It sits close rather than projecting, so people near you notice it and a room does not.

What we stock. Lattafa 20ml oils including the full Yara range, Yara, Candy, Tous and Moi, plus a 10ml Yara under Ard Al Zaafaran. Al Rehab 6ml roll-ons, the format most people start with, covering Choco Musk, White Musk, Musk Makkah, French Coffee, Spanish Vanilla, Jasmin and more. Ard Al Zaafaran 10ml oils including Oud Mood, Oud 24 Hours, Dirham and Bint Hooran. And the Khadlaj Hareem Al Sultan oils in 35ml, the largest bottles we carry.

New to oils? Start with a 6ml Al Rehab roll-on. They cost little, last a long time because you use so little per wear, and they are the traditional attar format. If you already know the scent you want, the spray and roll-on bundles pair a 50ml eau de parfum with a matching oil, which is the best way to get both projection and longevity from one purchase.

How to wear them. Apply to warm pulse points, the inner wrists, the base of the throat and behind the ears. One swipe is enough. Do not rub your wrists together, since that crushes the top notes. Moisturised skin holds fragrance considerably longer. For the most staying power, apply the oil first and spray an eau de parfum over the top.

Oils are also the practical choice for travel, since small rollers avoid liquid restrictions and cannot spill, and they suit sensitive or dry skin better than alcohol does.
