Yara is the fragrance that made Lattafa a household name in Britain. Launched in 2020 and built on orchid, heliotrope and tangerine over gourmand vanilla and sandalwood, it became the scent everyone recognised without knowing what it was, and it has since grown into a full line. This is the complete UK range.

Start here. Yara is the original, the creamy tangerine and vanilla everyone means when they say Yara. Note that the bottle is pink, so you will see it called Yara Pink online. There is no separate Yara Pink fragrance, which is one of the most common mix-ups in Arabian perfumery.

The flankers, and how they differ. Yara Moi, sometimes called Yara White, is the softer floral one that warms as it wears. Yara Tous is the mango and coconut version, the brightest of the range. Yara Candy takes it sweeter, and Yara Elixir is the richest and longest wearing.

Perfume oils. Oils are alcohol free, sit closer to the skin and last longer than the spray, which makes them ideal for layering underneath it. The original Yara in 20ml oil is the one most people want, and we also stock Tous, Moi and Candy, plus a smaller 10ml roll-on that is the cheapest way to try the format.

Other sizes and formats. There is a 50ml eau de parfum if you want the spray in a smaller bottle, a 200ml body spray for layering over a larger area, and a 300ml air freshener for the home or car.

Why Lattafa and Ard Al Zaafaran both appear. They are sister companies, so the same fragrance is sold under both names. The juice is the same and the Ard Al Zaafaran bottles are usually cheaper, which is worth knowing before you compare listings elsewhere.

How to make Yara last. Apply to moisturised skin at the pulse points, or layer the oil first and spray the eau de parfum over the top. That combination gives you both the projection of the spray and the staying power of the oil, and it is the most effective answer to the longevity question people ask most about this fragrance.
