Avant Silk by Maison Alhambra is a smooth floral woody musk for women and men, widely worn as an affordable alternative to Creed Queen of Silk. It wraps creamy tuberose and orange flower around a warm amber base for a polished, expensive feeling finish. A full 100ml eau de parfum blended by Lattafa.
Fragrance notes
Top: citrus, saffron and myrrh. Heart: tuberose, orange flower, rose and jasmine. Base: amber, vanilla, white musk and cedarwood.
How it wears
Projection is strong for the first few hours, then it softens to an elegant skin scent. Longevity is excellent at around eight hours or more on skin and longer on clothing. Best in cooler weather and for formal or dressed up occasions.

I bought this fragrance purely because I bought and loved the sister fragrance Avant Ruby but unfortunately despite an amazing opening, there is something in the dry down that I really don’t like, maybe the saffron , it reminds me of rice pudding, but that’s the risk of a blind buy. Great seller tho
