Bloom Spectrum sits between two styles that rarely meet: a crisp aromatic opening of the kind you find in European fresh fragrances, and an oud and vetiver base straight out of Arabian perfumery. The florals in the middle are what join them. The result is bright at the top, warm underneath, and considerably more versatile than either half would be alone.

What it smells like
Bergamot opens it with a clean citrus lift, and then basil does something unusual: it brings a green, herbal, faintly peppery freshness that most florals never touch. Lavender sits alongside it, aromatic and slightly barbershop, and the first few minutes read as a crisp masculine-leaning fresh scent.
The florals change that. Rose arrives soft rather than jammy, jasmine adds warmth, and lily keeps things bright and green. Because the opening was herbal rather than sweet, the florals land as elegant instead of decorative.
The base is where the Arabian side takes over. The oud accord is smooth and resinous rather than smoky or medicinal, vetiver adds a dry rooty earthiness, and amber and vanilla warm the finish without turning it sweet. Several hours in it is a soft woody skin scent with the florals still faintly present.
Performance
The oud, vetiver and amber base gives it far more staying power than the fresh opening suggests, which is the main advantage of this structure. Expect strong projection for the first couple of hours and a close woody trail well into the evening. Two or three sprays are enough, and clothing holds it noticeably longer than skin.
When to wear it
Genuinely year round. The bergamot and basil keep it comfortable in warm weather, while the woody base gives it enough substance for autumn and winter. It works for the office, daytime and evenings equally, which makes it a sensible choice if you want one bottle covering most occasions.
