Elixir Dao by Atralia 100ml Eau De Parfum
Elixir Dao is the most refined fragrance in the Atralia range and the most traditionally Arabian in feel. Saffron and cardamom open it with a dry spiced warmth, lavender and chestnut give the heart an unusual nutty-aromatic turn, and it settles into sandalwood, cedarwood, vanilla and musk. Warm, smooth and built for cold weather.

What it smells like
The opening is spiced rather than sweet. Saffron brings its characteristic bittersweet, slightly leathery warmth, and cardamom adds a dry aromatic lift. Saffron is the signature note of Gulf perfumery and it is the reason this smells more expensive than it is.
The heart takes an unexpected turn. Chestnut brings a soft, roasted, nutty quality that most fragrances never touch, and lavender runs alongside it with a herbal freshness that keeps things from becoming heavy. This pairing is what makes Elixir Dao distinctive rather than another spiced woody.
