Noche En Paris Pour Homme Black is the most minimal composition in the Prestige line, and that is the point rather than a shortcoming. Five materials, one clear idea, executed cleanly.
Calabrian bergamot leads, the variety used in fine perfumery for its brightness and slight bitterness, with a second bergamot supporting it. The opening is sharp, luminous and unmistakably expensive-smelling.
Tunisian orange blossom carries the entire heart alone. Nothing competes with it, so it reads clean and slightly soapy in the good sense, more skin than flower.
The base is where the modern character comes from. Ambrofix gives it a salty-amber projection that carries across a room, with patchouli adding earthiness underneath. Simple and effective.

How it wears
Ambrofix is one of the strongest projecting materials in modern perfumery, and paired with extrait concentration this carries considerably further than five notes would suggest. Expect it to be noticed.
The citrus opening burns off inside the first hour, after which the orange blossom and amber base does the work for the rest of the day.
Year round and daytime-friendly, though the amber gives it enough weight for evenings.
Who it suits
