Valerian de Blue by Brandy Prestige: Fresh Aromatic Woods
Valerian de Blue is the cleanest fragrance in the Prestige range and the easiest to wear without thinking about it. Italian bergamot, green mandarin and grapefruit open it sharp and bright, with fresh spices adding just enough warmth to stop it reading as a simple citrus.
The heart is where it earns its place. Violet leaves bring a green, slightly metallic quality, apple adds crispness, and a marine accord gives it that clean open-air feel. Geranium threads through with a faint rosy sharpness that keeps the whole thing from turning bland.
Sandalwood, cedarwood and dry wood close it out, warm but never heavy. The arc is fresh to woody rather than fresh to sweet, which is what makes it work in professional settings.
