Hayyati by Brandy Prestige: Raspberry, Rose and Leather
Three notes, and that is the entire composition. Hayyati is the most stripped-back fragrance in the Prestige line, and there is nowhere for a weak idea to hide in a build this simple.
Raspberry opens it, tart and jammy rather than sweet. Rose takes the heart, and against the fruit it reads modern rather than traditional, closer to a fresh-cut stem than a rose garden. Leather closes it, dry and smooth, giving the whole thing a suppleness that stops the fruit and floral feeling girlish.
Fruit, flower, leather. It works because each element is given room.
