Momento Liquid Gold by Riiffs 100ml Extrait De Parfum
Momento Liquid Gold is the richer, extrait-strength take on Riiffs’ best-selling Momento. It keeps the DNA that made the original a favourite, sweet saffron over rose and oud with a warm amber-caramel finish, and pushes it deeper and longer-lasting in a gold edition bottle.
What it smells like
The opening is bright and sweet: saffron gives a leathery, honeyed spice, a touch of sugar softens it and mandarin adds a juicy lift. It reads warm from the first spray rather than sharp.
In the heart, Damask rose and agarwood (oud) take over, with tonka bean keeping the woods smooth and slightly powdery. The rose stays elegant rather than sweet-floral, and the oud is polished, not smoky or animalic.
The dry down is where the extrait concentration shows. Amberwood and caramel settle in with cedarwood underneath, leaving a glowing, ambery-sweet trail that sits close but lasts well into the next day.
