Ombery Rover by Brandy: Raspberry, Rose and Agarwood
Ombery Rover pairs a note that has no business being in an oud fragrance with one of the most serious base compositions in the Brandy range, and the combination works because of how confidently it commits to both halves.
Raspberry opens it, bright and slightly tart, with geranium adding a green floral edge. It is an unusual start for anything oud-adjacent, and it lasts only a few minutes before the fragrance turns considerably more serious.
Rose and saffron carry the heart, warm and slightly leathery, the classic pairing across Middle Eastern perfumery. Then the base arrives in full: agarwood, benzoin, incense, birch and amberwood together, dense, smoky and resinous. This is where the fragrance actually lives, and it is a genuinely accomplished oud composition once the fruit has cleared.

How it wears
The raspberry opening is brief, gone within the first ten to fifteen minutes, so do not judge this on the first spray. What follows is a genuinely long-lasting resinous base that holds for most of the day.
Cold weather. This is a dense, smoky composition that becomes oppressive indoors in summer. Two sprays.
Who it suits
Anyone who wants a proper oud with an unusual, memorable opening rather than the standard saffron start most Arabian ouds share. The raspberry gives it a signature nobody else in this price bracket has.
