Paradise by Brandy Prestige: Bergamot, Geranium and Woody Amber
Paradise is three notes and no ornament. Bergamot opens it clean and bright, geranium takes the heart with its green, faintly rosy sharpness, and a woody amber accord holds the base.
That geranium is the reason it works. On its own bergamot over amber would be pleasant and forgettable. Geranium adds a metallic, slightly herbal edge in the middle that gives the composition a spine and keeps it from sliding straight into generic warmth.
Clean, dry and modern. There is no sweetness anywhere in it.
