Sweet peach and cherry sit alongside oud, leather, coffee, pistachio and a full masculine line, across more than sixty releases.

Two lines, and the difference matters. Standard Brandy Designs releases come as Eau de Parfum in 75ml, 85ml and 100ml. Brandy Designs Prestige comes as Extrait de Parfum at 100ml, which carries a higher concentration of fragrance oil. Prestige suits evenings and cold weather, the Eau de Parfum line suits everyday wear.

Where to start, depending on what you like.

Fruity and feminine. The scents that built the brand’s following. Sweet Peach and Cherry Gold are the obvious entry points, both juicy and cheerful without turning cloying. Blossom and Lily Of Valencia head in a softer floral direction, and Catalina and Sunset sit brighter still. Easy daytime wear, and the safest first purchase if you are buying as a gift.

Sweet and gourmand. Prestige does most of the work here. Choco Luxe and Cafe Noir go rich and dessert-like, L’Atelier Pistache takes the nutty route, and Mallow Magic and Vannila Vio lean creamy and soft. Mangue 99 brings tropical fruit into the same territory. Vanilla Vibes covers the ground in the standard line if you want something lighter to wear through the day.

Oud and woody. A genuinely deep section for a house at this price. Oud For Excellence, Oud Regalia, Oud Mystery, Oud Secrete and Oud Magique run through the Prestige line, while Rose Oud and Ambre Leather sit in the Eau de Parfum range. Madera De Oro and Sumatran Tiger add drier woody options. Worth knowing that these are properly resinous rather than lightly woody, so they suit cooler weather and evenings better than a warm office.

Masculine and sharp. Frequently overlooked, and one of the stronger parts of the range. Magnus, Imperium and Egoiste anchor the Prestige side, with Valerian de Blue and Noche En Paris Pour Homme Black offering fresher and darker routes respectively. Diplomat, Haakim, Azure Intense and Salvage Elixir cover the same ground in the standard line.

Amber and spice. Aurum, Saffron Noir, Ottoman Royale and Khalta sit in the warm Middle Eastern register, where saffron, amber and resin do the work. Fiorum, Hermoso and Parure De Reve bring a more floral-amber balance.

What Brandy Designs does well. The house is unusually good at giving you a lot of fragrance for the money, particularly across the Prestige extraits, where the higher concentration of fragrance oil is the difference you are paying for.

What to be aware of. Brandy Designs releases quickly and names some fragrances in ways that echo well-known designer scents. Treat those names as a rough steer toward a style rather than a promise that a bottle smells like something specific, and read the notes rather than the name. That advice applies across the affordable fragrance market, not just here.

If you are new to the house, the Eau de Parfum line is the sensible way in, since it costs less and covers the same breadth of styles. Move to Prestige once you know which direction suits you and want more weight behind it.
